The Silhouette (shadow) is a healing process aimed to guide you in integrating your shadow.  how to develop a beneficial relationship with your shadow (Ego). The shadow is nothing to fear but we do because of all the suppressed pain and trauma we have yet to face. The shadow is the part of you that holds all the shame, guilt, pain that we hide from the world and ourselves. it is the other half of our power and truth. When we can learn to be aware of why we have addictions, insecurities, memories of trauma, depression, troubles forgiving, loving ourselves fully with compassion and not be identified by it. Then we can fully be able to accept our past and create with it rather than from it. 

In this course we will go through your shadow and see what unhealthy ways it expresses itself. Then with awareness we can cultivate new ways of being to work with your shadow that can be a benefit for you into living a life full of unconditional love and acceptance for yourself.
